Overlook at Notre Dame apartments are exclusively available to Notre Dame graduate students, Notre Dame faculty, and Notre Dame Post-Doctoral students.

We offer a variety of apartment floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, designed for comfort and convenience. Each apartment features modern amenities and stylish living spaces.

Residents of Overlook at Notre Dame enjoy a range of amenities, including:
- In-unit washer/dryer and full-size kitchen appliances
- Fitness center
- Study rooms and collaborative spaces
- High-speed internet access
- Secure access to the building
- Parking options

You may choose between the four approval methods we offer, including security deposit, guarantor, guarantor waiver program, or self-qualification with proof of income. Only one of these options is required for approval.

Utilities such as water, trash, cable, and internet are included in the rent. The only utility billed back to residents is electricity.

We only offer 12-month lease terms, and you can choose between 08/01-07/12 or 06/07-05/21.

Applications can be submitted online via our website, www.overlooknd.com, or you can visit our leasing office for assistance with the application process.

Overlook at Notre Dame is not pet-friendly. We do, however, make exceptions for Emotional Support Animals when proper documentation is provided, and Service Animals.

Overlook at Notre Dame is conveniently located next to the east side of Notre Dame's campus in South Bend, IN, providing easy access to Notre Dame’s campus, local dining, shopping, and recreational options.

We have a dedicated maintenance team on-site to handle repairs and inquiries. Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal or directly to the leasing office.

Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal by bank transfer, e-check, credit/debit card, or through MoneyGram. We do not accept any in-person/cash payments.

In the event of a maintenance emergency, residents should contact our 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline provided upon lease signing for immediate assistance.
